SVAC took possession of a new ambulance on May 9th after ordering the new rig nearly 2 years
ago. Due to the nationwide supply chain issues, we waited over 12 months for the chassis and
an additional 3 months to build it to our specifications. If we had ordered the ambulance today, we
would have had to pay an additional $30,000! A big thank you to those who nursed the old rig
through 9 busy years and donated generously for the new one.
